Deena is a hospitality professional with almost two decades of diverse industry experience. Her career has given her the opportunity to view restaurant life through the lens of a manager, marketer, event coordinator, chef, server, & loyal guest.
Since graduating from Johnson and Wales University with a dual degree in Culinary and Hospitality Management, she has worked with Marriott Hotel Group, managed a boutique fine dining restaurant, cooked for large private events, managed full service kitchens, run the front desk operations at a luxury country club, served at some of the most established restaurants in Rhode Island, and much more. She works to continually honor the cultural and economic significance of the industry while understanding how taxing it can be for owners and operators. Her mission is to positively influence the culture of the restaurant industry and those it employs while ensuring long term happiness and financial success for her clients.
